Compliance is an essential HR function; without it, high performance cannot be attained.  Vantage Legal’s HR Compliance Audit includes a comprehensive review of all forms and records that comprise the employment lifecycle to determine compliance with legal requirements and make recommendations, where needed, regarding changes to record-keeping policies, procedures and systems.

This review includes records, such as job postings, applications, interview and hiring records, onboarding documentation, employee benefits and risk management, training and certification documentation, performance management records, timekeeping and payroll records (to the extent touched by HR), and data regarding salary structure, bonuses and incentives. 

The Audit will conclude with Vantage preparing a Report of Findings setting forth our analysis of each component.
